Group Fitness Co-ordinator

Fernwood Liverpool and is looking for a casual group fitness manager. Must be willing to travel between the clubs. Flexible working hours.

Opportunity exists to teach group fitness classes and gain qualifications in areas such as Reformer Pilates. 

Role involves

Managing the day to day running of group fitness programs

Monitoring instructor performance

Recruiting and inducting new instructors; helping them become part of the team

Requires in club presence across the facilities.

Teaching a minimum of 5 group fitness classes per week and assisting with covers when required.

About you

Must have experience as a group fitness instructor 

Group Fitness management experience ideal but not essential. Ongoing support provided by management.

Must be familiar with social media platforms including how to post content

Must have computer skills and be familiar with programs such as outlook, excel etc

Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships

Must have Certificate III in Fitness

Must have First Aid and CPR certificates
