Educator – Group Leader
We are looking for Lead Educators who have high levels of motivation, years of experience, a positive attitude, confidence, commitment, and reliability.

Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate/s (ACECQA Approved) or willing to obtain

Task & Responsibilities
collaborate with educators and provide curriculum direction and guidance. support educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices. lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program in the service.
Qualifications & experience
An educator with strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to complete written documentation.
A completed Diploma (ACEQUA Approved),or working towards.
Confidence in approaching and talking to fellow educators and parents.
An enthusiastic, motivated team player who is creative, reliable and honest.
An educator with a passion for children and education and a hunger for career development.
Strong knowledge of all responsibilities associated with being a nominated supervisor to manage the service in accordance with Education and Care Services National Law Act and Regulations.
At least 3 years of related experience in developing, documenting and evaluating high quality, developmentally appropriate educational programs for Preschool children.
