Job Description

The Group Quality Process Manager is a pivotal and high-profile role who focus on driving down supply chain cost from Supplier to Crown’s outlets across the group.  Capable to design a quality assurance program, implement supplier performance management, risk management, and integrate modern supply chain technology, to eliminate waste, support best practice, minimise process variability through standardization and automation.  Drive key Future Fit initiatives and lead transformation projects to supporting growth and cost optimisation strategies. 

The role will be accountable for the business integration activities which include the development of a clear understanding of upcoming business processes and the transition impact from the current way to working, lead the change management effort and execute business actions to ensure that the processes are adopted and deployed in the most efficient and effective way to deliver direct and measurable financial results to the bottom line. 

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and continuously refine a quality assurance program that drive down goods rejections and cost of quality for Crown venues across all sites. 
  • Continuously improve and refine systems and processes to enable agile supply chain capability to meet the future business demands.
  • Assure Quality compliance is in place by performing audits, developing and monitoring improvement actions on Suppliers.
  • Investigate recurring suppliers’ supply chain issues to identify root causes and oversee the implementation of effective corrective/preventive measures. 
  • Work cross-functionally, providing strategic and operational Quality guidance across internal teams: stakeholders, IT, Procurement, and Suppliers.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, quality, and scalability within Crown supply chain. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to support sustainable growth aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. 
  • Map and analyse current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement standardized workflows to drive consistency and scalability 
  • Design and implement robust measurement systems to track operational performance 
  • Develop training programs to support continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with and adherence to all relevant legislation and policies and procedures in relation to Responsible Service of Gaming (including training), and the Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct. 

What you'll need to succeed:

  • A strong background in continuous improvement or operational/supply chain excellence leadership roles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with measurable business outcomes and financial results
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; experience with quality management software and tools
  • Excellent business partnering skills with ability to handle internal stakeholders and external Supplier at all levels. Effective in driving change management to meet Future Fit objectives and constructively challenge when necessary.
  • Familiar with automation and passionate about emerging technologies 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational performance. (certification preferred)
  • Agility to thrive in a changing and evolving business environment.
  • Expert in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and statistical process control
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft
  • Prior experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) systems and interface with the ERP systems 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Supply Chain, business, engineering
  • Experience with Peoplesoft, Warehouse Management Systems, Quality Management Systems & processes.
