Tasks:

• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and offer expert advice on styles, treatments, and products.
• Utilize advanced cutting, coloring, and styling techniques to deliver outstanding results.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your work area and the salon to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Manage appointments effectively to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by collaborating and supporting your colleagues.
• Use social media or showcase your portfolio (preferred but not mandatory) to highlight your creative skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent formal qualification.
• Proven experience as a hairdresser with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
