G&Co Hair are looking for a qualified and experienced Hairdresser to join our team in Perth.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have relevant qualifications and at least 2 years' work experience, or at least 3 years' relevant experience working as a Hairdresser.

Responsibilities will include:

• Discussing with clients their hair style expectations and wishes
• Shampooing and drying hair before or after treatment and styling using brushes, hair irons, and combs
• Styling clients' hair in accordance with the event that they need to attend
• Cutting and trimming hair according to clients' instructions or current hairstyles, using clippers, combs, hand-held blow driers, and scissors
• Shaping and trimming beards and moustaches, using scissors
• Curling, coloring, or straightening hair, using special chemical solutions and equipment
• Applying lather and shaving beards or neck and temple hair contours, using razors
• Applying cleansing or conditioning agents to client hair, scalp, or skin
• Scheduling appointments
• Questioning patrons regarding desired services and haircut styles
• Discussing service options or needs with clients
• Providing energetic and positive client focused service at all times
• Participating in team and activities and relevant hairdressing / barber training as required by management
• Providing assistance in training to other members of the team, especially apprentices
• Cleaning and sterilizing scissors, combs, clippers, and other instruments, tools or equipment
• Cleaning work stations or facilities
• Recording services provided on cashiers' tickets or receiving payment from customers
• Keeping card files on clientele, recording notes of work done, products used and fees charged after each visit
• Maintaining client information or service records
• Ordering supplies, materials, or equipment
• Staying informed of the latest styles and hair care techniques
• Maintaining professional knowledge or certifications
• Recommending and selling lotions, tonics, or other cosmetic supplies

A remuneration package between $73,150 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
