W-You Salon is the newest venture by W Cosmetics, bringing our passion for beauty into the world of hair. After building a strong reputation with our curated selection of skincare and cosmetics from Japan, China, and Korea, we are now expanding our expertise into professional hair services.

As we open our brand-new location at The Strand, we’re seeking passionate, experienced hairdressers and enthusiastic apprentices to join our team. If you love beauty, have a strong sense of style, and want to work with a brand that’s shaping the future of beauty in Australia, we’d love to hear from you!

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for professionals with 3+ years of experience in:

• Cutting & Styling: From classic trims to modern styles for all hair types.

• Perming: Skilled in traditional and modern techniques, creating natural waves or defined curls.

• Colouring: Proficient in full colour, highlights, balayage, root touch-ups and creative colour work.

• Blow-Drying & Finishing: Delivering polished blowouts and styles for everyday wear or special occasions.

We’re also seeking enthusiastic apprentices. A related background is preferred but not essential — we’ll support your growth in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
