About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable Handyman to maintain our facility and ensure it remains safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, visitors, and staff. The role will primarily involve general building and equipment maintenance, with occasional support in garden tasks (approximately two times per week)

 

Key Responsibilities

In this diverse role, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting building and equipment maintenance.

• Performing scheduled preventive maintenance.

• Ensuring high standards of safety and functionality in the environment.

• Supporting garden upkeep, such as lawn mowing, weeding, and general tidying up, twice a week.

 

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Basic experience in general maintenance and repairs.

  • Physically fit and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Skilled in communication and comfortable interacting with staff and residents.

  • Willing to assist in light gardening tasks, two times per week.

  • Familiar with WHS rules and practices.

  • Valid NSW driver’s license (manual preferred).

  • Available to work Monday to Friday each week

  • Willing to complete a criminal history check or provide a current police check

  • Eligible to work in Australia
