HCM Systems Specialist (SAP/SuccessFactors) �� Melbourne, VIC �� 6-Month Contract �� Government Environment We’re currently seeking a seasoned HCM Systems Specialist to join a dynamic, large-scale organisation for a 6-month contract. You’ll play a pivotal role in the ongoing support, enhancement and optimisation of a complex HR and Payroll ecosystem spanning SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and integrated systems (e.g. Finance and Time Management). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading cross-functional teams, working in fast-paced environments, and making a real impact on business-critical applications. Key Responsibilities Lead and support enterprise-level HRIS and Payroll solutions (SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors)Drive technical cross-functional HCM projects and process improvement initiativesAct as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and Managed Services VendorsProvide expert-level functional support across Payroll, LMS, and Performance & Goals modulesManage application enhancements and ensure robust application documentation and proceduresAdvise on system upgrades, licensing, application security, and performance optimisation Key Selection Criteria Proven experience in complex HCM and Payroll operations environments (S/4 HANA Payroll + SuccessFactors)Track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering large-scale implementationsSuccessFactors implementation experience across Payroll, LMS, Performance & GoalsSuccessFactors certification in any HCM moduleHands-on expertise with SAP, SuccessFactors, and other HCM systemsExperience managing vendor relationships to ensure business and IT alignmentStrong documentation and application support skillsRelevant IT degree or qualification Desirable Skills SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors testing experienceExperience implementing Employee Central Payroll and integrating CATS/Time Off with S/4HANASAP GRC role building/testing experienceITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification Apply now if you’re a confident HCM expert ready to hit the ground running.
