Bola Bake is seeking a full time Head Barista. You will be responsible for all aspects of our Coffee including (but not limited to), stock management, equipment maintenance, drink menu design, staff training and barista staff management.

The right candidate will need to be self motivated with the ability to think on their feet and problem solve without supervision. Suitable experience in speciality coffee is a must. Previous experience as a Head Barista is highly regarded but not essential.
