We need a leader to manage and develop our team of network engineers and specialists. As a leader you'll be there to motivate, coach and develop the team - ensuring they have the training and support they need to deliver the thing most important to us at IPTel - Network Engineering Excellence. This is a key role for us and our team, as we continue to grow. We are looking for someone special who combines the best of Cisco network engineering capability with embodiment of our values to deliver the best in networking and customer engagement. Background You will be a former hands on engineer, with significant Cisco and / or Meraki experience. You will be required to oversight and approve works, so you must have the experience to do this. As a leader in our organisation you must have excellent emotional intelligence and be able to connect with and lead the team from the front. Existing line management skills are a must as you will be leading a team of engineers across states, which is growing in itself. Our team will follow you, so you must be an engineer of solid foundation, coupled with the people skills to get the most from our team of engineers. Sound interesting? What are we looking for? We specialise in the design and installation of enterprise networking across Australia and some overseas work. We are looking for a full-time member of staff to lead, motivate and manage our engineering team. This is a pivotal role, so you will already have the skills and experience in leadership, line management and network engineering required.
