An exciting opportunity has become available for a newly created role for a motivated, self-driven Head of People and Culture to join My Guardian.
The Head of People and Culture will be a key part of the leadership team, operating in a faced paced environment, focusing on growth and driving a positive organisational culture.
This a full-time role based in our Head Office.
Key responsibilities include:Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with My Guardian’s mission and business objectives.Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development programs to attract and nurture top talent.Implement best-practice HR policies and compliance frameworks in line with Australian employment laws.Oversee employee engagement programs, ensuring a positive work environment and high levels of satisfaction.Drive leadership development and succession planning to support business growth.Manage performance management and career progression frameworks to empower employees.Enhance workplace culture and employer branding to position My Guardian as an employer of choice.Oversee HR operations, including remuneration, benefits, and workplace health & safety policies.
Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Head of People & Culture, HR Director, or Senior HR leader in a dynamic organisation.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.A track record of building and implementing people-focused strategies that drive engagement and performance.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.A passion for employee well-being, cultural transformation, and continuous improvement.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
