Role DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of People and Culture to join our Executive team. This key leadership role is all about shaping and nurturing our organisational culture, leading HR strategies, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. You'll provide strategic and operational advice on complex people matters, focusing on building capability and delivering tailored solutions aligned with our priorities. This is a part time position, up to 22.5 hours per week, with ability to negotiate flexible days and hours. QualificationsExperience in Human Resources (HR) and Senior ManagementKnowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR PoliciesTertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organisational Development, or a related fieldStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environmentExpertise in workforce relations and dispute resolutionExperience in the non-profit sector is an advantage GGV is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from diverse backgrounds.
