Head of Sales - Workers Compensation

Job Description DXC has a long-standing history of managing workers’ compensation claims as an agent for WorkSafe Victoria. With over 20 years of experience in claims management, we are expanding our presence in Victoria and seeking a dynamic leader to join our new team and drive growth and development. As Head of Sales, you will leverage your extensive industry experience to support DXC’s expansion in workers’ compensation by identifying and securing clients while strengthening relationships with our existing client base. Key to your success will be staying ahead of regulatory changes, industry policies, and market trends, allowing you to tailor innovative solutions that meet client needs and risk strategies. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will: Growth: Lead and expand sales within the Victorian workers compensation market, driving revenue growth for DXCShape Strategy: Drive organisational growth, refine delivery models, and ensure overall account successLead by Example: Uphold and embody DXC’s values and leadership standards, fostering a culture of excellence This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in a growing team. Required Skills, Experience And Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have an extensive background within workers compensation, particularly within roles which drive growth and build on development strategies.
