About the Position: This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Lead Property Lawyer to take the reins of an expanding practice area. In this role, you'll manage a broad mix of property law files-ranging from residential conveyancing to high-value commercial transactions and development work-while also stepping into a strategic leadership position.

You'll have the autonomy to build and shape your own legal team, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with firm leadership to drive the future of the Property Law division. With profit-sharing included, your impact and initiative will be directly rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Property Law division within the firm
• Handle a varied portfolio of property matters including residential, commercial, leasing, and developments
• Recruit, mentor, and manage your own legal and support staff
• Collaborate with leadership on practice growth and strategic direction
• Deliver high-quality service and build lasting client relationships

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Property Law
• Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and development transactions
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a senior role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Australian legal practising certificate
