Qualifications & ExperienceThe successful candidate for this unique role will possess:
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Section Waiter in a premium/hatted setting
- Proven ability to successfully deliver a premium guest experience and consistent sequence of service
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation
- Availability for minimum 20 hours per week including Friday & Saturday dinner services
- Holds a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
