Remuneration expectations are casual rates as per the Restaurant Industry Award.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate for this unique role will possess:

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Section Waiter in a premium/hatted setting
• Proven ability to successfully deliver a premium guest experience and consistent sequence of service
• Strong interpersonal skills and presentation 
• Availability for minimum 20 hours per week including Friday & Saturday dinner services
• Holds a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
