About the role:Advise on employment and contractor arrangements in public and private hospital settingsHandle regulatory and professional conduct matters, including NCAT and IRC proceedingsManage Medicare audits, government inquiries, and health-related investigationsDraft contracts and provide advice on privacy, policy, and compliance in the health sector
The ideal candidate:A minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experienceA strong interest in medico-legal issues and claims managementExceptional writing and communication skillsConfidence engaging with sophisticated clients in a highly regulated sectorExperience or interest in public/private health systems (preferred but not essential)
