Healthcare IT Specialist/System Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced IT Specialist/System Engineer to design, build, and maintain integration solutions for cutting-edge medical equipment in Hospitals across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide presales technical consultation for Healthcare solutions and designs.
• Manage and integrate different medical equipment (patient monitors, ventilators, etc.).
• Collaborate with hospital IT teams to configure network environments (VM, VLAN, Wi-Fi).
• Install services on VMs or physical PCs.
• Lead HL7 integration with third-party systems (eMR, PACS, HIS).
• Perform Level 2 troubleshooting for optimal system performance.
• Promote IT service contracts to customers.

Requirements:

• Hospital / Healthcare industry experience is a must.
• Strong background in engineering, IT hardware, healthcare networks, and Microsoft OS.
• Experience with HL7 standards, AWS/Azure, and coding (C+, Python).
• Bonus: Experience in Mirth Connect programming and hospital IT implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science (preferred).
