Highgate Assistant Venue Manager

We're in the middle of our biggest boom yet, and we need an Assistant Venue Manager to join us during this exciting, high-energy time! This is the busiest period in Yo-Chi history, and we want you to be part of the action! Currently hiring across Highgate, Fremantle and Victoria Park venues.

As the leader of the pack, you'll keep things running smoothly, from making sure customers leave with big smiles to guiding an awesome team. You’ll handle the day-to-day, keep the venue sparkling, and make sure everything's running like a dream. Plus, you'll manage inventory, KPIs, and the venue’s P&L.

What we’re looking for

Leadership experience in retail or hospitality (extra points if you’ve done QSR!)

A people person who loves making customers feel at home and inspiring the team

Organised, proactive, and always ready to take on whatever comes your way
