About the role:

• Perform the following but not limited to:
  • Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the Hire Office
  • Monitor, action and respond to emails (shared email box)
  • Taking calls from both customers and sales staff for hires and or off hires
  • Contribute to transport allocations and solve daily logistical challenges
  • Accurately and efficiently process contracts, delivery and collection notes
  • Accurately and efficiently use various databases and systems to ensure correct data entry of hire contracts
  • Ability to communicate professional with the workshop on availability of equipment
  • Providing support to the sales team and other key staff

Hi-Reach is offering for each candidate the following:

• Training and support will be provided by a very dynamic an experienced team,
• Ability to transfer to other roles as you gain experience and knowledge within the organisation,
• Uniforms offered after initial 3 months,
• 6-month probation period,
• Salaried position (above the award),
• Monday to Friday (inclusive) Full time basis,

The successful candidate will require:

• Experience as a Hire Controller | Operations Co-Cordinator within the Hire Industry. (EWP, Scafffold and or Fork lifts would be preferred)
• A proven ability to be adaptable to changing priorities and work conditions including the ability to both work as part of a team and to work autonomously to complete tasks within the required timeframes
• Eye for Detail (care factor),
• Integrity, honesty and good work ethic,
• Computer Literate with ability to utilise Microsoft products ie:
  • Outlook,
  • Excel,
  • Word
• Good written and verbal skills,
• Well-presented and organised,
• Fast learner.
