The Salary range for this position is currently $31.74 to $32.87 per hour, plus reimbursement of $0.96 per KM. Hourly rate is based on experience.

About this role
Bribie Island and Caboolture Home Care is looking for dedicated Qualified Home Care Workers to join their team of compassionate professionals. This role involves assisting elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes while promoting their well-being and autonomy.
Home Care Workers in this position work independently, traveling from one client to another and are fully supported by a skilled team that includes very supportive Team Leaders and Senior Home Care Workers who guide and assist field staff when working autonomously. This role offers variety, meaningful connections, and the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others every day.
Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. To ensure they receive the highest standard of care, your reliability is crucial for maintaining regular shifts and providing coverage during both planned and unexpected absences.

This position requires a Qualified Home Care Worker to provide personalized assistance to clients, helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life within their chosen community. We are looking for someone who is compassionate and understanding, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our aging population. You will be a valued member of the team, working closely with and reporting to our very supportive Senior Home Care Workers as needed.
To be suitable for the position, ideally you have:
