 Are you reliable and hands-on with a knack for gardening and light maintenance responsibilities?

 We're looking for a local to care for a private holiday property, ensuring everything runs smoothly and looks its best.  You will work 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, and be on call on weekends only when necessary.

 Responsibilities:

• General property upkeep

• Organising trades where applicable

• Basic gardening and landscape maintenance

• Keeping the grounds tidy

• Responding to any unexpected maintenance issues

• Replacing household items when required

Requirements:

• Prior handyman/maintenance experience preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Eye for detail and pride in keeping property in top shape
