We are a seeking Senior Home Lending Specialist or Home Lending Executive.

Our Lending Specialist or Executives are renowned experts in lending and thrive on creating long-lasting relationships. They know how to ask the right questions to deliver appropriate lending solutions and build trust, confidence, and advocacy in every interaction. Using industry-leading technology, our team provide customers with a seamless banking experience anywhere, anytime.
Whether a customer is buying their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building, or renovating; you will be there to deliver the right solutions at the right time and trusted to make the experience great for them.
More specifically you will:
- Provide support and advice to customers to help them achieve their home buying dreams
- Complete discovery and appointments with prospective home buyers to determine suitable lending solutions, and submitting applications
- Develop your business by building and maintaining internal and external referral sources
- Attend regular coaching sessions to develop your lending knowledge and skills
- Be a stickler for detail, ensuring applications are compliant and checks are complete
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lending and an existing knowledge of Home Lending products and the current responsible lending legislation
- Known record for delivering exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining relationships
- A strong presence in the local community; building a credible personal brand with your customer base and a strong referral network. The ability to see the big picture for customers and provide them with holistic solutions
