Hotel Services Coordinator

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Hotel Services Coordinator to oversee catering, cleaning, and laundry operations across a portfolio of regional residential aged care homes in Queensland
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee Hotel Services functions to ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
· Maintain and monitor food safety compliance across a multi-site portfolio
· Conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives
· Supporting facilities in the delivery and maintenance of catering, cleaning, and laundry service standards
· Ensuring hotel services meet all professional, legal, ethical, and organisational standards
· Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Experience & Qualifications:
· TAFE or tertiary qualifications as a Chef – essential
· Demonstrated experience in catering/hospitality within the healthcare or aged care sector
· Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
· Strong knowledge of food safety legislation and compliance requirements across Queensland
· Current Australian drivers license
