Housekeeping Attendant (Multiple)

Located in the heart of Mermaid Beach, Gold Coast, Turtle Beach Resort is currently seeking motivated individuals committed to providing exceptional service within our Housekeeping department.

Job Position: Housekeeping Attendant

Hours Available Per Week: 25 - 35

On-site training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicant. 

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the high standard of accommodation facilities at the Resort through end-of-stay cleaning, service cleaning, spring cleaning and other general duties within the department.

All applicants should have the following characteristics and skills:

• Ability to work 7-day rotating roster; shifts generally 0800/0900 - 1400/1500. 
• Previous housekeeping experience advantageous. 
• Exceptional understanding and practice of safe manual handling, chemical handling, and hazard identification. 
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A team advocate, willing to help others.
• Confidence to work alone and as part of a team.
• Punctual, efficient and courteous at all times with clients, guests and fellow staff.
• This is a physically demanding role that requires an energetic and enthusiastic person who is ready and willing to work as part of our team. *Please note, Turtle Beach Resort does not have lifts.
