The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client’s HR Operations team on a temporary basis (ASO5, up to 3–6 months). Working closely with the Principal HR Business Partner, you will provide high-quality, proactive HR support across multiple divisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing trusted partnerships across various business units
• Providing generalist HR advice on performance, policy, and workforce matters
• Supporting performance enhancement and strategic workforce initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
• Delivering innovative, tailored HR solutions in a fast-paced environment

The role is based in the CBD, with occasional travel to nearby metropolitan sites (Glenside and Waite). Immediate start preferred.

You

You are a capable and adaptable HR generalist with a passion for delivering value through people. You bring:

• Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• A collaborative approach with the ability to offer sound, solutions-focused advice
• Solid understanding of employment legislation (public sector knowledge is advantageous)
• A proactive mindset and the ability to hit the ground running
