Liebherr-Australia is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR professional to join our Mackay team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for the right candidate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and high-quality HR support services.
Key Responsbilities
- Supporting implementation and administration of all apprentices
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Support other functions as assigned including payroll queries
- Preparation of reports, contracts of employment and presentations and corresponsdence
- Maintaing employee records
- Support onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Assist the HR Business Partner in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Assist induction team with onboarding of new staff
About you
- Experience in recruitment process
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or
- At least 3 years relevant administrative experience
- Analytically minded and have sound computer skills
- High level of organisational skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Problem solving
