HR Rear Lift Waste Truck Driver – City of Melbourne

North Melbourne Depot

Citywide are recruiting for HR Rear Lift Truck Drivers for our City of Melbourne Waste contract.

  • 5am or 6am start from North Melbourne depot

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collection, delivery and emptying of waste & recycling at client sites
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of streets and laneways
  • Providing a high level of customer service to Citywide Client and the General Public
  • Ensure highest safety standards at all times
  • Daily vehicle checks
  • Wash vehicle on a daily basis
  • Manually cleaning any spillages
  • Carry out runs as per run sheet
  • Accurately completing paperwork including run header sheets, run sheets, tip dockets etc.

Skills/Qualifications/Personal Attributes required for this role:

  • Current Victorian Heavy Rigid truck license
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Pro-Active
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Time Management
  • Committed and Flexible
  • Knowledge of OH&S
