About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity to work at Box Hill Institute as our HR Reporting Analyst. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity based at our Box Hill Campus. This position reports directly to the Senior Partner Workforce Metrics & Reporting, and sits within the HR Assist area of the People & Culture division.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate daily/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting of workforce metrics and KPIs reporting
  • Develop and provide analysis on people data for reporting and dashboards
  • Independently provide timely and accurate advice on a range of HR, Payroll and Workforce Metrics reporting matters
  • Ensure the integrity of all data within the Human Resources Information Systems by undertaking regular data cleansing and working with relevant teams to fix structural errors.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or equivalent combination of qualifications, training and experience.
  • Experience in reporting, data analytics and workforce planning support is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in the preparation and analysis of workforce data
  • Proven experience in utilising a broad range of both common and job-specific software applications and features proficiently
  • High level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in preparing high quality, accurate correspondence and reports to stakeholders
