Working closely with our HR field leader, you will deliver

• observation and action to fill relinquished shifts

• live shift management according to established protocols

• utilisation of our reserve teams to maintain core team work life balance

• planned leave fill management

• allocation of our specialist training teams within SIL environment

• analysis of worker performance

• contribution to cultural uplift
