Support Brands – Fully in charge of all brands (Gucci, Kering, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Qeelin, Boucheron, Pomellato, Kering Eyewear).
Geographic Coverage: Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines) and Oceania (Australia, New Zealand and Guam)
HR System Support and Management
· Provide first level of support conducting basic troubleshooting of issues in our HR Information Systems (Workday) and Time & Attendance Systems (BIPO & ENTO).
· Work and collaborate with external vendors on HRIS issues, including escalating request for any technical support required.
· Responsible for Train-the-Trainer in the Brands HR for Time & Attendance systems.
Data Management and Quality:
· Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data within the HRIS.
· Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
· Develop and implement data quality procedures.
Reporting and Analytics:
· Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR data.
· Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
· Support HR and business functions with data-driven insights.
Project Support:
· Participate in the end-to-end project schedule for system upgrade/implementation from requirement gatherings, UAT, user training and system go-live preparation.
· Collaborate with HR, HRIS and IT teams @ local, regional and global levels to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HRIS administration, data management, or HR analytics.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in HR, Time & Attendance and Payroll software (e.g., Workday, BIPO, Humanforce, iChris, SAP).
· Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
· Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Soft Skills:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
