NRW Holdings now has an opportunity for a HSE Systems
and Assurance Manager to join our corporate team in our
Belmont Head Office. In this role; you will be accountable for the
development and management of Group HSE Management System
framework, initiatives and reporting.
In this position you will be responsible for but not
limited to:
- Lead the development, implementation and overall management
of the NRWH Group HSE Management System framework with
engagement from key stakeholders.
- The design, delivery and overall management of robust
assurance processes across NRWH.
- Coaching and influencing business units to ensure they are
supported to meet the requirements of the Group HSE Management
System.
- Management of our HSE Platform (Evotix 360), including
liaising between the vendor, IT and representatives within our
business units.
- Supporting business units to achieve the Group data and
reporting requirements.
- Providing analytics and reporting on Group HSE
metrics.
- Continuous improvement of HSE reporting practices of the
Group.
To be considered for this position; you will possess the
following:
- Previous experience in the development and implementation
of a HSE Management System framework and assurance
process.
- Proven knowledge of Work Health and Safety Act and
Regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the
genuine ability to influence at multiple management
levels.
- Undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in a relevant
discipline.
- A qualification in Auditing.
- Minimum 10 years in a H&S leadership role, including
within a corporate capacity.
