About the Role
Join our team as a Human Resource Adviser in our Bordertown plant and embark on an exciting career where innovation meets sustainability. It's a full-time position with annual salary higher than $73,150.00 plus superannuation.

Your will play a pivotal role in:

  • Provides staffing and personnel administration services in support of an organisation's human resource policies and programs
  • Providing high level administrative support
  • Compiling weekly HR KPI reports
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and JBS Policies and Procedures
  • Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files and systems database
  • Ensuring Human Resources Management System (HRMS) compliance
  • Recruiting and selecting appropriate candidates, maintaining site manning and operational requirements.

You should have:

  • The ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • Strong attention to detail.
