What is the role?

As our new HVAC Installation Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in managing high-quality HVAC installations across Melbourne’s residential projects.You’ll work closely with a talented network of installers, site supervisors, and our supportive operations team to ensure every job is delivered to the highest standard—safely, on time, and on point.

This means You'll be out on the road visiting sites, working closely with installers and clients, and driving excellence across the board.

What will you do?

• Supervise, support, and grow a strong network of HVAC installers.

• Conduct quality audits and site readiness checks to ensure flawless delivery.

• Drive WHS compliance through regular safety audits and leadership.

• Review and approve installer invoices and ensure accurate project documentation.

• Collaborate with operations to forecast workload and allocate resources effectively.

• Be our clients go to for all things HVAC

Who are you?

• Proven leadership experience in HVAC, residential construction, or building services.

• Strong technical knowledge of installation practices and site operations.

• Passionate about quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

• A hands-on leader who communicates clearly and builds strong relationships.
