About the Role
As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing air conditioning and mechanical services projects from start to finish.

• Managing budgets, resources, and ensuring timely project delivery within scope.

• Coordinating with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams.

• Conducting site take-offs and measurements.

• Estimating, tendering, and managing procurement processes.

• Identifying project risks and implementing effective solutions.

• Providing technical expertise to the project team and subcontractors.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in HVAC project management, including commercial installs, fit-outs, and refurbishments.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chilled water, condenser water, DX, ventilation).

• A proactive and solutions-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with ductwork installation, take-offs, and site measuring.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Essential Requirements

• Experience in tendering and quoting in the HVAC field.

• Strong experience in the sheet metal field.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Intermediate-level computer skills.

• Current driver’s license.
