The Institutional Client Group is a global sales team covering various institutional clients including Hedge Funds, Insurance companies, Asset Managers, Banks, Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Bank.

• Support coverage of local and offshore institutional clients on Australian Rates products, with a particular focus on cash bond markets in particular
• Work closely alongside the Rates Trading desk, Syndicate and Research to help with market intelligence and the development of client relationships
• Executing and booking trades with the Principal desk, new issue order taking and general secondary market coverage
• Provide regular market updates to clients and the broader team, identifying themes and market drivers
• Support desk initiatives and efforts in developing data analysis and trade ideas
• Work closely with internal support functions across the bank
• Assist in managing ISDA/Documentation/KYC process

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Rates-oriented Sales or Trading role
• Intellectually curious, enthusiastic individuals with a strong interest in the macroeconomic environment
• Effective communication skills and an ambitious mindset
• You have a passion for financial markets and being part of a team
• You are detail-oriented and can work well under pressure
