We are looking for a self- motivated, English speaking, articulate person to fill the role of ICT Customer Support Officer within our company.

Tasks & responsibilities

Job duties:

determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements
installing and downloading appropriate software
ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment
implementing computer networks
designing and maintaining websites
repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems
may work in a call centre

Qualifications & experience

Skills and experience Required:

Proven experience in a similar ICT customer support role.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience as an ICT Customer Support Officer or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Experience with ICT systems, including hardware, software, and networking technologies.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
