THE ROLE
The ICT Project Coordinator plays a key role in the Strategy and Analytics team, providing support across ICT projects designed to deliver system processes aligned with the Social services Regulator (SSR) strategic direction and operational service delivery priorities.
Under the support and direction of the Strategy and Analytics Manager, the ICT Project Coordinator will assist with coordination of ICT projects, change management, writing technical requirements documents, workflows, processes and procedures.
This role is fast paced, requires strong attention to detail and forms part of the larger Business Transformation and Corporate Services branch (BTCS) and will contribute to key functions designed to:
The SSR uses a risk-based intelligence led approach to protect the safety and rights of children, young people and adults experiencing vulnerability.
Applicants should have strong written skills, an ability to apply big picture strategic thinking to detailed project task allocation, requirements gathering, sound time management skills, and be highly collaborative.
