• Expected salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year

Perform testing of hardware, software, and applications to ensure functionality, compatibility, and performance.

· Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation for new and existing systems.

· Identify, log, and track defects or issues through resolution, to ensure product quality.

· Assist in design review and support implementation of software changes and enhancements.

· Conduct routine assessments of systems, data, and documentation as part of quality assurance and compliance initiatives.

· Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VPNs and other secure remote access solutions for remote work capabilities.

· Provide first-line technical support to staff and users via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and system-related issues
