The Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals who love talking to people and have a passion for sales. Individuals that love celebrating wins within the team and are happy to listen to some music and have a bit of fun in the background. You’ll be engaging with customers across multiple states, delivering exceptional customer experience whilst offering tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will get a chance to put your excellent conversational skills to use with our customers to get them on board with the award winning Red Energy.

Work in our Richmond office and from home on a rotating roster between 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays between 9:00am - 5:00pm (AEST) with a day off during that week.

What you will bring:

• Ability to communicate with clarity and a friendly tone.
• Capacity to maintain focus, stamina and optimism when dealing with objections.
• Basic computer literacy and problem solving skills.
• Healthy competitive drive and desire to achieve goals and targets.
