Based in Keysborough, this role plays a key part in delivering top-tier service and ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism and reliability Enforcer Group is known for. What You’ll Do:
Be the First Point of Contact: Answer inbound calls promptly, warmly, and professionally – making every customer feel valued and heard. Process with Precision: Handle incoming sales enquiries, process orders, and manage quote requests efficiently through phone and email. Provide Walk-in Support: Welcome and serve customers who visit our Keysborough showroom with a helpful, solution-focused attitude. Create and Follow Up Quotes: Prepare accurate quotes and follow up to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction. Support Across the Board: Carry out various admin tasks and assist internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. What You’ll Bring:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inbound sales or customer service, ideally within a B2B or product-based environment. A passion for providing a seamless and positive customer experience. Strong multitasking and organisational abilities – you can juggle tasks while keeping your cool. Clear and fluent English communication skills (verbal and written). High attention to detail and solid admin capabilities Confidence using web-based platforms and CRM or order management systems. A warm, positive attitude with a genuine ‘can-do’ mindset.
