Kompliance is an innovative Australian company founded in 2019 that specializes in designing and building Smart Mobile Platforms for monitoring and surveillance. We build rugged, mobile machines used primarily in enforcement, road safety, monitoring, and surveillance applications. Our custom-designed platforms serve government agencies, law enforcement, and large-scale remote worksites such as mining operations.
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented electricians to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with the build of our sophisticated mobile monitoring platforms equipped with solar power, battery systems, and various surveillance technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for technically-minded individuals looking to contribute to innovative projects in road safety, enforcement, and monitoring applications.
Assist with the build of remote control specialized equipment
Install and integrate surveillance equipment, solar panels, and battery systems
Install and configure monitoring technology
Set up remote control systems and test their functionality
Perform quality control checks throughout the assembly process
Troubleshoot electrical systems and monitoring equipment
Maintain accurate records of work completed and components used
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to solve technical challenges
Contribute to continuous improvement of our custom platform designs
Qualified Electrical Fitter Mechanics
OR Certificate/diploma in electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields
Experience with electrical systems and power supply installations
Experience with surveillance/monitoring equipment installation
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Problem-solving skills and methodical approach to work
Valid driver's license
Experience with Control Panels and Wiring of Control Panels / PLC's
Knowledge of solar power systems and battery banks
Familiarity with surveillance technology
Experience with remote control systems or telemetry
Basic understanding of AI and intelligent monitoring technology
Electrical wiring and cable termination skills
Understanding of OH&S requirements for mobile equipment
Experience working with government or law enforcement clients
