What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to close new deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and our product/service offerings

• Collaborate closely with the technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction

• Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to the leadership team

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and best practices

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in new business development, preferably in engineered products servicing Industrial, Oil & Gas and Mining industries.

• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling value propositions

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to think strategically and develop tailored sales strategies for diverse client needs

• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients

• Familiarity with the latest sales and marketing tools and methodologies

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
