Leveraging your industry expertise and strong professional presence, you will provide specialised services and implement strategic initiatives to achieve the best possible health and return-to-work outcomes As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include: Maintain quality across customer as perSLA requirements in regard to rates, costs and durationsImplement services as per Customer SLAsCoach team members to undertake work in accordance with customer requirementsComplete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claimsRepresent Kairros at public forums and on various committees as required Qualifications What you’ll bring to the role: Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology,Chiropractor, Psychology orRehabilitation Counselling (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA)2+ years occupational rehabilitation industry experience and ability to strategically manage of a portfolioSpecialist knowledge and skillset with a solid reputation and profile within the industryAn inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and workCustomer service orientation with experience managing customer service agreementsDemonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build portfolioStrong communication and interpersonal skills with experience training, coaching and developing othersWillingness to travel (car and license essential) Additional Information What we offer you: At Kairros you will be part of a uniquely trained and experienced team, all our members undergo significant cultural awareness training to support them to support our clients, to achieve equitable recovery for all.
