The Role
We are currently seeking an ambitious and customer-focused internal sales professional to join our team in Truganina. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced setting, with the chance to make a meaningful impact on the company’s success.
Responsibilities
· Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer service inquiries, providing accurate information and excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
· Inbound/Outbound Calls: Contacting new and existing clients to increase spend of wallet or bring on new business
· Responding to price and availability inquiries
· Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system and confirming order details with clients
· Coordination: Work closely with external sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing/internal clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
· Sales Strategies: Contribute to the development and implementation of effective internal sales strategies and campaigns to drive continued business growth
· Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
· Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with relevant teams to implement solutions
Who You Are
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have:
· Experience in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Enjoy working in a team-based work environment
· Strong skills with MS Office (Word, Excel etc)
This role is based in our modern Truganina offices with onsite car parking.
Minimum 6-month contract.
