With ongoing expansion locally and nationally, Hames Sharley is in search of a talented Interior Designer to work in our Perth studio. This presents exciting opportunities to engage in various sectors and advance professionally within one of Australia's largest multi-disciplinary practices.

Key responsibilities:
· Collaboration with Senior Architects and Interior Designers in the design and delivery of projects
· Ideation and Concept Visioning
· Prepare design development presentation and documentation
· Develop and refine design ideas to meet client goals.
· Understand and incorporate client feedback into designs.
· Oversee timelines, budgets, and contractor coordination.
· Ensure design implementation meets quality standards.
· Keep up with design trends and industry developments.
· Address and solve design challenges efficiently.
Required skills & Experience:
· 7 + years’ experience working in the Interior Designer/ Architecture Field
· Bachelor’s degree in interior Designer or Interior Architecture
· Ability to generate innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts.
· Proficiency in design software (e.g., Revit, Enscape, Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp)
· Expertise in managing timelines, budgets, and project workflows.
· Strong client engagement & communication
· In-depth understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
· Capability to identify and resolve design and implementation issues.
· Precision in creating and reviewing design plans and specifications.
· Experience in supplier & contractor collaboration
· Competence in inspecting sites and ensuring design quality.
· Knowledge of current industry trends & standards
