Knowledge and experience: We Are Looking For Energetic, Positive, And Collaborative Professionals Who Are Interested In a Career In Management Consulting With Demonstrated Experience In The Following Areas Internal Audit (Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manger) Consulting experience in the following industries: Victorian Government DefenceFederal Government We often seek candidates who have existing work experience in the above areas. You will have an interest in these fields, located in Melbourne and an ability to apply your existing professional skills and interpersonal skills on a wide variety of projects. You will be supported by experienced consultants along your journey. What Success Looks Like For This Role Being a trusted advisor to Synergy clients, managers and executivesBuilding relationships with a range of stakeholdersApplying independent problem solving and analytical skills in a variety of environments.Influencing others and applying sound judgement skills.Performing research and analysis to develop project documents and artefacts.Developing engaging presentations or visual material to communicate with a range of audiences.Strong communication skills (written and oral) to develop arguments and provide a logical evidence base to engage a range of audiences.Ability to be agile and flexible in your approach.Professionalism, diligence and organisational skills.
