Are you a strategic communicator who thrives on storytelling, engaging employees, and driving meaningful internal change? At IPH Group, we’re looking for a dynamic Internal Communications Manager to lead our internal communications function and bring our values and vision to life across our global teams.
Reporting to the Chief People and Communications Officer and sitting within the Communications team, this key role will spearhead internal communications strategies that support employee engagement and change initiatives across the IPH Group.
Working collaboratively with HR, Marketing Managers, and the wider Communications team, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering high-impact communications that inform, inspire, and connect employees across our member firms.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Bran
Create engaging, human-centered content for global and local internal channels
Develop innovative communications tactics that embed our values and drive engagement
Support Internal Stakeholders
Advise stakeholders on internal comms best practice, tailoring messaging and channels for impact
Provide strategic input on a variety of content including speeches, newsletters, briefs, and presentations
Collaborate with leaders across corporate services to plan and implement communications strategies
Support DE&I Initiatives
Partner with HR teams and the General Manager of Risk to document and communicate regional DE&I efforts
Integrate DE&I storytelling into ongoing content calendars
Own Internal Channels
Own and manage the IPH intranet and internal events (e.g. town halls)
Maintain high content quality across platforms and measure the success of engagement initiatives
Support for External Channels
Collaborate on local content for platforms like LinkedIn and support the development of the Annual and Sustainability Reports
Ensure internal and external messaging is aligned and impactful
Knowledge and Experience:
At least 4 years' internal communications experience in a corporate environment or professional services.
Up-to-date knowledge of internal communication tools and strategies, including GenAI.
Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills.
Time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines, while remaining calm under pressure.
A proactive, problem-solving and driven mindset.
Attention to detail and practices to check work thoroughly for completeness and accuracy.
Degree or similar level in a relevant discipline.
