We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Internal Communications Specialist
Internal Communications brings Marsh & McLennan's brand, purpose and strategy to life for colleagues by developing and executing multi-faceted communications strategies and plans that ensure effective, transparent, actionable and timely leadership and colleague communications. As part of a Global Internal Communication team, the Pacific Internal Communications team is responsible for creating clear and consistent messaging content across all channels, including the intranet, newsletters, leadership messages, presentations, and town halls.
Reporting to the Pacific Internal Communications Leader, the Internal Communications Specialist assists in implementing effective internal communication strategies and plans to support the region’s business and growth priorities. The Internal Communications Specialist also collaborates with various departments, stakeholders, and teams to ensure consistent and effective communication practices throughout the region. They play a critical role in helping to ensure that enterprise, global and International priority messages are integrated, customised and activated locally – in a measurable way – to reach target audiences effectively.
