We are seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Internal/External Blind Manufacturing/Factory Hand to join our team. This casual role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to be an important part of our production team.

Blind industry experience preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with manufacturing tasks, including assembly, machine operation, and quality control.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on equipment when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Blind industry experience highly regarded.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility with working hours depending on business needs.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items if needed.

Pay: $21.76 – $32.46 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
