What You'll Be Doing:
Smooth Operator: Ensure efficient and accurate processing of sales orders from start to closing, simple to complex.
Customer Champion: Be the main point of contact for our amazing clients, handling inquiries, managing them to exceptional outcomes.
Team Dynamo: Support and guide our sales team, contributing to a positive, high-performance culture.
Sales Guru: Manage and convert quotes and orders, recommend the best equipment solutions, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Solar Savvy: Solar experience is great but if you don't have any , don't worry we will give you industry best training.
Deal Maker: Bring energy and drive to do deals and hit sales targets, jumping on the phones and driving our outbound sales activity. You’ll have a thirst for getting deals done and love that winning feeling
Big Thinker: Analyse customer data to develop strategies and refer opportunities to the sales team.
Post-Sales Superstar: Handle post-sales processes smoothly, build customer relationships that keep delivering great outcomes.
What You Bring:
Strong experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences – if a happy customer makes you happy you are on the right path
Smarts, Be able to demonstrate experience working in digital CRM’s and platforms, HubSpot or similar
Great outbound phone sales skills and previous sales experience to drive high performance results
A positive, confident and upbeat attitude and a can-do approach.
You're naturally methodical, focused and organized in your workflow
Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to a wide variety of people.
Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
